Refund Policy

Because every AI call (lesson, test, interview turn, visualisation) consumes real-time compute the moment it's made, subscription charges and credit-pack purchases are non-refundable once processed. This applies to monthly plan charges, one-time credit top-up packs, and any other paid feature.

We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund or credit adjustment for:

• Duplicate charges — you were billed more than once for the same subscription cycle or credit pack.
• Failed credit delivery — payment succeeded via Razorpay but credits never landed in your account.
• Unauthorized transactions — a charge you did not make (subject to standard fraud verification).
• A verified platform outage that prevented you from using purchased credits before they reset.

Report any of the above to support@devstudiolabs.in within 7 days of the charge, with your account email and, if available, the Razorpay payment ID. We aim to resolve verified cases within 5–7 business days.

You can cancel your Pro or Max subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current cycle — you keep plan access and your recurring credit allotment until the end of the period you already paid for.

One-time credit packs (Quick / Standard / Bulk) are non-expiring and non-refundable once the credits have been added to your balance, except under the exceptions listed in Section 02.

Approved refunds are returned to the original Razorpay payment method used for the purchase. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
